Absolutely stunning patterns, nostalgia and simply one of the best holiday gifts for 2014.
This capsule collection is the result when one of the most popular skate brands in the world, atomically clashes with one of the most experienced and honorable fabrics companies. Both have so much history, ups, downs, and persistence to become exactly what they were always meant to be, global leaders.
In 1966 the Van Doren Rubber Company started their story by setting up shop in Anaheim. The combination of the sturdiness and stickiness made it perfect for commanding skateboards. As such, Vans became the early leader in that energetic and fascinating realm. Almost a century earlier, Liberty Art Fabrics was already pushing the envelopes in terms of textile and patterns from its hub in London to all corners of the world. Their exceptional experience and eye for fine details and aesthetics, triggered the collabo with Vans.
The capsule consist of five Liberty Art Fabrics originating from the late 70s on the Era, Sk8-Hi Reissue, Sk8-Hi Slim and Authentic, unisex, because after-all, it has always been about the culture.
